Hi, I’m Dakyeom Ahn, a Product Designer who seeks to understand people.

At Kodebox, I design HR & payroll SaaS for Korean businesses, turning rules and exceptions tangled in labor law into structures people can read and act on at a glance. When solving it takes a tool that doesn’t exist yet, I build it: an AI tool that automates our internal user-acceptance testing, now used across the whole engineering team.

It’s all grounded in HCI research. Across KAIST KIXLAB and SNU HCI+D Lab, I published six ACM CHI and CSCW papers on cross-cultural interaction, voice (ASR), and VR.
